I decided to get my Level 3 Personal Training qualification after I helped my mum lose over 3 stone during 2020 lockdown by doing boxercise sessions 3 times a week. I loved seeing how much happier she was in her new body and I want to help others acheive their goals too!
I am a mobile Personal Trainer based in Fareham, and can cover most areas between Portsmouth and Southampton.
We can find the package that best suits you, but my average session price is around £35.
